Need some structure?

Timetabling your day will be really important while you are working from home.  It is easy for the day to become lost, and hard to keep track of what you have been doing.

Click below for a sample timetable that might work with your family.  You do not have to use it, but it is there to help you structure your day if you wish.

Having trouble managing snacking?

This is a difficult issue at the best of times but with everyone at home so often it could become a real challenge.

Try setting up a 'snack shop'  This helps children understand what they are eating and use money in a real life situation.  (You can always use play or fake money if that makes life easier!)
